Is Maple Tracker an official IRCC app?

No. Maple Tracker is an independent personal tracking tool and is not affiliated with the Government of Canada. Always verify eligibility and dates with IRCC before applying.

Does automatic trip detection send my location to a server?

No. Country detection is performed on your iPhone. Location samples remain local unless you separately enable both iCloud Sync and Location History Sync.

Do I need to create an account?

No. You can begin tracking without providing a name, email address, or immigration documents.
